Before we start delivering any of the services, we need to have a 10-minute call with you first.

What we do before the meeting:

• We will first do a site audit on your website to determine what the current condition is as far as SEO, website health and responsiveness (how good your website work on mobile).
• If your site score average or above, you can subscribe to one of the Maintenance, Monitoring, or Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Services.
• During our call, we will suggest services that will work for you.

The following services are included in the Advance Package, Superior Package, and E-Commerce Package:

• Functionality and Usability Review
• Digital Marketing Strategic Planning session of 2 hours – this can be done via Zoom or in person.  We will send you the Usability and Functionality Review report before the planning session.

The Basic package does not include these services, but your will receive a detailed guide to help you complete the Website Requirements Document.  The main focus of the Basic package is to give you a Business page online that can later be expanded as your business grows. In addition to the services mentioned above, we also collaborate with photographers, writers and brand designers to offer you the services as mentioned on the RESOURCES page.
